The scope of this contract is for the abatement, demolition, and proper disposal of the structures and other site improvements including: 1. Structure 1 – Wood frame/brick veneered residential structure over basement with attached carport/patio over concrete slab; 2. Structure 2 – Wood frame/brick veneered residential storage structure over basement (floor collapsed); 3. Structure 3 – Wood frame/brick veneered residential outbuilding on concrete slab; 4. Structure 4 - Wood frame/brick veneered well house on concrete slab with water well; 5. CMU/brick veneered retaining walls, ranging from 3 FT to 7 FT in height, approximately 68 LF and exterior stairs; 6. Concrete walks and exterior slabs, approximately 920 SF; and, 7. Septic system.
