The Department of Juvenile Justice is seeking proposals from a qualified Contractor to provide waste disposal services. The goal is to ensure efficient, reliable, and environmentally responsible waste management for our statewide locations. The selected Contractor will be responsible for regular trash collection from designated locations, proper disposal of collected waste in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, provision of necessary equipment (e.g., bins, dumpsters) and maintenance, and cleaning of trash collection areas. The State Entity reserves the right to add or remove facilities as deemed necessary during the term of the contract.
