The selected Proposer will be required to provide the Gear as specified below and the following services: - On-site sizing using manufacturer sizing sets and custom measuring as specified by the manufacturer. o Additional on-site services as required for Gear maintenance - Two (2) year agreement to provide discounted services by an authorized Independent Service Provider ("ISP"). o Shipping will be from 450 Wofford Street, Spartanburg, SC 29301, to the ISP and from the ISP to 450 Wofford Street, Spartanburg, SC 29301, via a commercial carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS or via vendor or ISP staff. Whenever possible, Gear is to be transported by ISP or vendor staff. - Two (2) year agreement to provide semi-annual advance cleaning and inspections of the Departments's existing and future Gear by an ISP (approximately 280 garments. A garment in the complete coat or pant). - Two (2) year agreement to provide discounted services for alterations to Gear.
