The selected firm will be given written notification of being selected by the County. The County will negotiate and execute a contract with the selected firm prior to the beginning of the actual services. 1. The project site is located in the Gaskin Public Boat Ramp Park located at 3980 Lake Grove Road, Wewahitchka, FL 32465. The Parcel ID number is 00506-000R. 2. The scope of work includes the design and installation of playground equipment. 3. Bidder shall be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, offloading, storage, and installation of the playground equipment. 4. The project budget is $50,000.00 5. Equipment design must meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), utilize International Playground Equipment Manufacturers Association (IPEMA) certified equipment that meets or exceeds all federal and state guidelines, and conforms to the playground related technical standards set by the American Society of Testing Materials International (ASTM) and the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission. 6. Bids must include a breakdown of costs including design, equipment, and installation. 7. Bids must include the playground manufacturer’s warranty and anticipated lead time for equipment construction and delivery. 8. All bidders are encouraged to visit the project site
