The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, vehicles, and equipment necessary to replace various kitchen appliance and perform general kitchen repairs and painting. The State may task the contractor to perform other repairs and finishing work. Various appliances in the kitchen needs to be replaced. In addition, various kitchen room features need to be repaired, painted, or replaced. The itemized scope of work is as follows: Remove and replace the char-broiler and stand (items A1 and A2). See Sketch and Appliance Schedule for additional information. Remove and replace the range (item A3). See Sketch and Appliance Schedule for additional information. Remove and replace gas appliance connections, with compatible connection with the appliances provided, and shut off valves. Clean the cooking hoods ducts from the face of duct above to the cooking surface to the roof, replace all hood filters. Test and service the hood fan(s) and controls. Remove and replace windows W1, W2, W3, W4 and W6 with surround type jalousie. Provide all finish trims and touch painting as required to match the existing. See Sketch and Window Schedule for additional information. Contractor to verify window size prior to ordering. Repair or replace damaged floor base moldings as noted on the Sketch.
