This contract is to provide a variety of Promotional Items and Services for the State of Kansas agencies and Political Subdivisions (Cities, Counties and Municipalities). The contractors shall offer and have promotional items available for purchase and delivery. The State of Kansas does not wish to standardize its promotional items, but to provide items that are both interesting and exciting and that clearly communicate and promote the message in relation to the specific agency messages. The contractor shall offer graphic design and layout services as part of this contract on products as requested. In the event that a fee for graphic design or layout services must be charged, the contractor must include these services in the request for quote.
