The Offices of the Sullivan County Purchasing Agent is soliciting sealed proposals to obtain a contract to award to one vendor to provide the Sullivan County Jail with an inmate telephone, video visitation system which includes tablets, kiosks and annual maintenance agreement to service the new system. All equipment provided shall be new equipment. The current system is currently being managed by Securus. The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to define the County’s minimum requirements and to gain adequate information from which the County can evaluate your company and your response to Sullivan County’s requirements. The chosen contractor will be awarded and will enter a four (4) year contract with an additional twelve-month extension provided at the discretion of the County. Sullivan County reserves the right to terminate the agreement for any reason with a 60-day written notice or for Contractor’s failure to follow the terms of the agreement, and at any time without notice for Contractor’s failure to follow safe operating procedures performed in accordance with the specifications and requirements contained herein.
