n the creation and production of a subtitled Eudora Welty based orientation film geared towards the general public and not to exceed twelve (12) minutes in length for the Eudora Welty House & Garden (EWHG), the contractor will: 1. Work with Mississippi Department of Archives and History (MDAH) staff, and their designated consulting partners, to implement the total film project, including creation of project schedules, research (to include rights reproduction and acquisition), script writing, visual and/or shot scheduling and performance, and format deliverables 2. Create appropriate script based on research and desires of MDAH and their consulting partners 3. Acquire appropriate still images with full reproduction rights 4. Conduct and/or perform all onsite and offsite visual production filming 5. Conduct and/or perform all onsite and offsite audio production recording 6. Assemble rough cut film for viewing and editing 7. Work with MDAH staff on appropriate editing for film providing full MDAH satisfaction for final product, and to include captioning for the deaf 8. Conduct final cut production and assembly of film 9. Provide MDAH with final film product in AVI and MP4 digital formats
