In general, the work consists of: Graff Main Hall: Project work includes repairing the entire brick parapet and performing localized restorative repairs as necessary to the remainder of the brick wall covering. Window frame sealants and other sealants will be removed and replaced. Limestone patching and deteriorated joint replacement, removal and replacement of deteriorated sandstone base courses. The sheet metal cornice and coping will be re-painted. Mitchell Hall: Project work includes completing various repairs to the building exterior envelope; limestone masonry, select face brick units, aluminum windows on the north and south elevations, and sealant joints. Hollow metal entrances will be replaced with new aluminum storefronts.
