Driver and Bus Aide Requirements: Employing licensed, experienced, and well-trained drivers and aides who are adept at managing student behavior, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive atmosphere during transportation. Safety and Compliance: Enforcing strict safety protocols, including regular vehicle maintenance, safety inspections, cleanliness, and compliance with local and national transportation regulations.
