Software Integration Requirements: • Integration with college Telephone System via SIP • Integration with Active Directory • Integration with Camera Control System o Explain costs of adding cameras to system o i.e. additional licensing and support (consider OMNIF compliant cameras) • Integration with Audible Alerting System Software Technical Parameters: • Ability to alert through Email/Text/Phone • Ability to lockdown all doors or one door at a time • Integrations (see Software Integration Requirements) • Ability to schedule door opening and closing • No recurring costs for subscription-based software components • Web Based Software w/ Hybrid option (On Prem desired) Hardware Parameters: • Vendor agnostic • No recurring licensing costs for card readers or control boards • All hardware will be physically wired for main campus (unless building conditions prevent cable runs then we will consider wireless) • Remote campuses we are open to both options (wired & wireless) • Card Readers o Bluetooth option (Mobile Phone App instead of physical card) o Badges o Maybe MFA option for secondary authentication for secure areas IT, President’s Office, HR, Payroll, Purchasing, Maintenance • Badge printing system w/ (350 badges) Maintenance & Support • Emergency Maintenance – requires vendor that can get to our campus within one hour of initial support call o Emergency is defined as a partial or system wide outage (more than one door) • Include (5) years maintenance and support • Maintenance and/or Supports costs per year after the 5th and what that includes o How do we obtain support? Portal/Call In, etc? What is the timeframe to expect support? Training: • Administrative Training for up to (10) people (onsite or online) Other: • Detailed documentation of system will be delivered after install • If software is proposed with which JCC is not familiar, we have the right to request a demonstration prior to selection. • Full installation within 9-12 months of signed contract. o Provide best guess as to the length of time the install will take • Vendor to provide all network cabling and cabling components • Vendor to provide battery backups for all electronic components • Vendor to provide all door lockdown mechanisms • Vendor to update existing door locking components that are not compatible with the proposed system
