1. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to provide operational support. 2. At the beginning of each task order, the Contractor shall submit a plan describing the procedures the Contractor shall follow for the specified support services minimizing water distribution system disruptions. 3. The Contractor shall operate and assess valve functionality, ensuring valves are in proper working condition before the rehabilitation work begins. The Contractor shall deliver the detailed report describing the condition of each valve. 4. The Contractor shall design valve isolation procedures and plan to protect the public in the event of a valve failure during the rehabilitation process. 5. The Contractor shall prepare isolation maps, identify the valves required for shutdown, and specify which residences will be out of service 6. The Contractor shall prepare and remain on standby at the site to carry out isolation in the event of valve failure or when dewatering of water mains is required. 7. The Contractor shall isolate failing valves in a timely manner, minimizing residences outages. 8. The Contractor shall perform post-rehabilitation inspections immediately after each valve is rehabilitated. 9. The Contractor shall safely recharge the water main after valve rehabilitation work is completed.
