Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Department of Administration, State Procurement Bureau, is considering a request from the Office of Public Instruction, to award a Sole Source contract to Education Northwest for an independent evaluation of MT OPI’s CLSD. The determination of this Sole Source purchase is based on the following requirements: Leveraging 20 years of experience evaluating literacy initiatives in Montana, Education Northwest will work closely with MT OPI project staff to ensure evaluation activities complement their administration and monitoring activities and that evaluation instruments have content validity as well as provide valuable formative feedback. Education Northwest was written into our grant application as our named evaluator.
