A. A schedule of dates will be set for fall and spring pictures. The successful bidder shall be available for special activities sponsored by the school as deemed necessary. B. One make-up day shall be scheduled for each set of pictures; fall and spring. It shall include remaking pictures where proofs are of poor aesthetic or technical quality or defective. This shall also include students absent on the day of original shooting. C. Spring pictures shall include an optional color class (group) print. D. Students will be photographed without discrimination toward sex, color, or creed. Background and head size will be uniform for all students. E. Final pictures, which are technically defective, shall be remade at the school at no additional cost to the school or students on the designated make-up day. F. The cost for student pictures that are not returned will be absorbed by the photographer. G. Sufficient photographers shall be provided to photograph the entire student body, faculty, and staff in one school day. H. The studio shall provide a note home for each student informing parents of picture day.
