The scope of services may include but are not limited to: a) Provide dedicated staff (consultant assistance) to perform environmental permit lead tasks associated with obtaining water quality and stormwater permits for linear transportation projects. Consultant is expected to have experience and knowledge required to perform the previously mentioned tasks. Will require the consultant to make some of their staff available on-site within TDOT Headquarters and/or the regional offices as required. b) Permit project oversight including but not limited to development of permit assessments, water quality permit applications for linear transportation projects, and project meetings. c) Stormwater project oversight including but not limited to development of EPSC comments, stormwater application documents (SWPPP), meetings, and EPSC plans as needed for linear transportation projects. d) Development and review of stream natural channel design and wetland mitigation design plans. e) Inspection, evaluation, and recommendation of EPSC measures
