The project generally consists of the following: • Selective demolition, restore/replace windows and shutters, repair effects of water intrusion, repair ADA ramp, repair peeling paint/plaster throughout the house, install appropriate exhibit lighting on first floor. • Install new basement slab, reset existing brick and perimeter drain, repoint interior foundation wall. • Replace existing wood columns with matching fiberglass columns, repair/replace in kind porch deck rim board, steps, and lattice as needed, repair/replace in kind deck boards as needed to porch, remove/repair loose or broken stucco, repair/replace in kind fascia, and trim, sand, clean, prep and repaint metal railing on all sides, and replace wood 2x6 ramp decking. • Remove and reset existing walkway bricks, a ramp stair landing, and adjacent ramp, remove screen and screen trim on porch, scrape, sand, and prep ceilings, walls, and crown molding as needed and repaint. • Update egress light fixtures throughout, refinish wood floors as needed. • Repair MEP as needed and other miscellaneous alterations in addition to archeological sensitive site work and interior excavations, and associated materials as specified and as shown on the Construction Drawings and Specifications.
