Contractor is responsible for removing all existing A/C Units. Contractor is responsible to install new concrete blocks in all openings left out after a/c removal as per current building code. Contractor shall provide new exterior stucco matching existing walls. Contractor is responsible to paint all exterior wall matching existing color with the exception of walls on the interior courtyard. Contractor is responsible for any interior repairs due to scope inside each apartment. Contractor shall if required install new drywall, plaster and paint any areas damaged by scope of work. Contractor solely responsible for any electrical work required for proper function of the new a/c units. HHA will keep all existing units removed. Units will be left by contractor on site in a specified area and those units will be picked up by HHA staff. New Units shall be equal or better than OLMO OS-EL12ALP230VI (230V A/H), OLMO OSEL12ALP230VO (230V COND), PJX-N1-C16 FTW-MAX (Installation Kit). Provide HHA at least two (2) additional New 12.000 BTU Mini-Split A/C unit models for selection.
