BASE SERVICES: • At least 6 sessions per year, per issue, per eligible member • Eligibility for all employees and their household/family members • Toll-free 24-hour access, 365 day per year • Virtual, telephone and face-to-face access to mental health providers • Ability to coordinate with the City’s medical carrier network to ensure continuity of care • Comprehensive web services including but not limited to self-help resources, base financial/legal services and caregiver support • At least 8 hours of critical incident/training support annually • Monthly reporting of utilization by member type, workgroup and reported issue • Designated account manager; ENHANCED SERVICES: • Dedicated Care coach or case manager • Preventive care and coaching • Guided/monitored self-care • Group therapy and support • Guaranteed appointment availability • Online booking • General emotional wellbeing support • Specialized support (e.g. Teens, Caregivers) • Virtual group therapy sessions • Curated first responder network and resources • Financial wellbeing support
