III. DELVIERY AND INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS A. Awarded vendors must provide inside delivery to the installation location for all items purchased under this agreement at no additional cost to Tarrant County. B. Awarded vendors must uncrate, fully assembly, and dispose of all packing material for all items purchased under this agreement at no additional cost to Tarrant County. Awarded vendors may not use Tarrant County dumpsters to dispose of packing material. C. Awarded vendors must provide a packing list for each delivery for items purchased under this agreement. The packing list must include the following information at a minimum: 1. Name and address of Vendor. 2. Name and address of receiving department. 3. Description of material shipped, including item numbers, quantity, etc. G. Tarrant County’s operating hours are generally between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, Tarrant County hours of operation vary from location to location. Awarded vendors must coordinate a delivery and installation time with the receiving department before attempting delivery
