This competitive solicitation is an invitation to negotiate (ITN) with the Florida International University Board of Trustees (FIU) to provide advice and management services for a new FIU initiative that includes the establishment of a Cyclotron Facility and a Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Scanner Facilities. These Facilities will be an important of FIU’s research, educational and clinical efforts in health. The University’s objective is to seek a partner that will assist in the evaluation of scenarios supporting research and clinical opportunities, support FIU’s negotiations with external partners, determine optimal operational configurations and establish short-term and long-term program management and commercial opportunities. The successful respondent will have both a national and international footprint given FIU’s objectives and will be able to provide expert advice in the management of operations pertaining to the proposed facilities. The successful respondent will also have expertise and experience related to the radiopharmacy eco-system and familiarity with FIU.
