Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Office of Purchasing & Contracting (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish a contract with a qualified vendor to conduct a heating feasibility study for the Addison County Courthouse and Office building. The selected vendor will evaluate the current heating system and provide recommendations based on energy efficiency, costeffectiveness, environmental impact, and infrastructure compatibility. Interested parties are invited to submit proposals for the services described in Section 2 of this RFP. This project will assess the existing heating system at the Mahady Courthouse and develop a comprehensive comparative analysis of potential replacement options. The analysis will consider factors such as energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, environmental impact, and compatibility with current infrastructure. The final report will provide recommendations for a new heating system that best meets the needs of the State.
