1. Scope of Services The City is requesting Bids for a Blue Star Series PD125-02 Generator for use by the Water & Sewer Department of the City of Tulsa Delivery Requirements All prices quoted shall be based on delivery F.O.B. Tulsa, Oklahoma or to any other points as may be designated in the Specifications, with all charges prepaid by Seller to the actual point of delivery. Bids must state the number of Days required for delivery under normal conditions. Absolutely no items over 500lbs. may be directly shipped to the City requiring the City personnel to unload from the shipping truck or trailer. The City carries no responsibility for any damages incurred during an unloading occurrence. All unloading shall be the responsibility of the Seller and/or shipping entity. Generator shall be as follows: • Blue Star Series PD125-02 or approved equal. • Only Basler DGC2020 controllers will be accepted • Approved equal shall be an American made and owned company • 125KW, 60 Hz, 277/480v, 3 phase 200- amp 100% rated output breaker with lockout device, mounted in a NEMA 1 enclosure facing right from generator end. • 12 lead, re-connectable- high wye • Brushless, single bearing • Direct connection to engine with flex plate • PMG- Generator • Class H insulation • Meets NEMA MG 1, IEEE, ANSI Standards Compliance for Temperature Rise and CSA standards • Wave form deviation factor no more than 5% • Harmonic content not more than 5% maximum • Self-ventilated, drip- proof construction • Automatic voltage regulator with: o Over excitation protection o Under frequency protection o EMI o Fully encapsulated o +/-1% voltage regulation Marathon alternator with a marathon DVR 2400 voltage regulator
