3. General Requirements 3.1. The Contractor shall perform all the work necessary to diagnose, service, repair, replace, or install parts as needed and to ensure all equipment is operational and safe to include: storm drainage pumps, roadway drainage pumps, pump controls, gear heads, electric motors, and/or drive shafts at various geographical locations within the State of Arizona. 3.2. Preventative Maintenance may be requested on an as needed basis. 3.3. The Contractor shall furnish and warrant labor, materials, parts, complete replacement Pumps, and supplies utilized to complete all work in accordance within the requirements of the specifications. 3.4. Pricing shall be all inclusive of any mileage and/or travel time.
