OJECT SPECIFICATIONS 4.1. The building must meet all building codes required by Collier County, Florida and be set up in a manner that also follows any Federal, state, or local government requirements for this type of building, including the ability to withstand 170 mph winds. 4.2. Exterior dimensions of the building will be at least 12 feet wide and 34 feet long (see attached drawing, Figure 2) but can be larger. 4.3. The building will have: 4.3.1. One exterior impact-resistant door. 4.3.2. One ramp compatible with the Americans with Disabilities Act. 4.3.3. One set of stairs. 4.3.4. Four separate interior office spaces: a. Two larger office spaces of approximately equal size on either ends of the building with three exterior walls. The width of both larger office spaces will comprise close to or entirely the full width of the building (Figure 2). b. Two smaller office spaces of approximately equal size in the central portion of the building between the two larger office spaces.
