Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment as required for the manufacture and complete delivery of all OEM ANVIC slip loss recovery control parts specified herein this Contract. All items shall be delivered to Department of Environmental Protection – Bureau of Wastewater Treatment (“DEP-BWT”) plants and facilities and be neatly stored within the plant or facilities at Sites designated by the respective Plant Superintendents or their authorized representatives. The Contractor shall provide all qualified labor and mobile high loader, other equipment necessary with NYC licensed operator if necessary, for the satisfactory delivery, and unloading. City equipment and labor shall not be provided in the loading or unloading of these control parts. B. The Contractor shall take all precautions necessary to prevent damage to any existing equipment during delivery of the ANVIC control parts. The Contractor shall not interfere with the normal operation of the plant. The Contractor shall coordinate his work, including delivery schedules, with the Plant Superintendents and their representatives.
