Abatement of vinyl asbestos tile flooring (approx. 27,202 sq feet) and disposal in approved asbestos disposal facility. Demolition and haul off of classroom wings (approx. 27,202 sq feet). Joisted masonry (including footings) and all concrete walkways, HVAC units, stairs, around where the portables are located. Bidder to add a separate orice per portable for demolishing and hauling off 3 portable classrooms, foundation/suppo(s, plumbing, etc. if portables are on the property at the time of demolition of the Classroom Wing and do any necessary dirUseeding work. Cap off utility services (electric, gas, water, sewer) from main portion of building occupied as Beech Bluff Community Center (gym, dressing rooms, restrooms, cafeteria, and hallways servicing those areas. Bidder will insure the used and occupied portion of facility maintains electric, gas, water, and sewer, except for intermittent short periods when absolutely necessary. Bid includes lnfill CMU wall at remaining building at the end o1'hallway where demolition terminates. Work includes construction of wall, providing and installing 3- 0/7-0 exit door and lockable hardware, painting new CMU and door. (Must make the interior and exterior of the demolished end is secure and like in color and structure.)
