Staffing Vendor shall: Provide plumbing repairs, insulation services, and maintenance services for all the District’s properties. Provide adequate staffing to perform the work in the specifications to include but not limited to plumbing services, routine service calls, emergency service calls, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance on domestic water lines and other services as described. Assign an Account Manager to the District that will supervise the plumbing crew that are assigned to these areas. Staff, to have journeyman license on hand when working at any JPS Health Network locations. Provide all transportation, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to maintain repairs at the district sites listed in Services Locations as specified herein. Perform all work in a first-class professional manner in accordance with the plans, specifications, and recommendations of the equipment and material manufacturers, governing codes, and instructions by the district. Obtain a clear understanding of the scope of work for each work assignment or service call. Account Manager, responsibilities and performance requirements include: Supervise all vendor personnel and subcontractors that may perform tasks on District sites. Contractor shall report to the JPS Facilities Engineering Leadership or equivalent when on JPS property prior to beginning work. Contractor shall provide continuous 24-hour on-call plumbing services with a one (1) hour response time on all District sites. Ensure plumbing services are performed per specifications and schedules as determined by JPS for routine service calls, emergency service calls, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance and other services as described by JPS. Staff sufficient technicians to manage the needs of the scope of work. Plumbing technicians, and Journeyman Plumbers shall be licensed by the State of Texas and copies of licenses attached to the bid. All companies must have their own licensed Journeyman Plumbers and Technicians and cannot sub-contract this work out. Staff full-time office personnel with the ability to contact field crews to relay changes in schedules of problems encountered in the field.
