HVAC Services Work shall be performed and completed on the scheduled service day for each property. Vendor shall perform the work at times that are in the best interest of the Hospital Operations and limit impact to patient care services. Repair, replacement, removal and installation services provided by the contractor shall comply with and confirm to all applicable Federal, State and local regulations, law and codes. All repairs are to be made by a Certified HVAC Technician that has a Universal EPA license. The contractor shall be responsible for making repairs to disturbed ground/areas as a result of their work. Technical Specifications include: HVAC related work to include, but not limited to, repairing and replacing all HVAC related components. Additional services: Any other HVAC related equipment such as chill water & heating water pumps, VFD’s, VAV’s, Air Balancing assessments and corrections, anti-microbial cleaning and all components within an HVAC system.
