Overall Configuration 1. The ICP-MS system must be a bench top model. Sample Introduction 2. The system shall include a cyclonic spray chamber and have the capability of using other types of spray chambers. A back up spray chamber of the same type shall be included in the bid price. 3. Spray chamber should include optional cooling mechanism. 4. The system shall include a nebulizer that is best suited for the analysis of water samples which have a TDS range up to 35%. A back up nebulizer of the same type shall be included in the bid price. 5. The system shall include a torch(one piece or demountable). A back up torch of the same type shall be included in the bid price. 6. The system shall include an injector(one piece or demountable). A back up injector of the same type shall be included in the bid price. 7. The system shall have a variable speed, computer controlled peristaltic pump with at least 3 channels. 8. System shall be configured in such a way as to allow for pumped sample introduction, drain out of spray chamber, autosampler rinse position, and inline mixing of internal standard solution with every solution analyzed.
