Work to be performed under this contract includes restoring the pavement riding surface and providing a smoother driving surface to help assure the continued safety of the traveling public on: Atlantic Avenue from Milburn Creek Bridge to South Main Street. Proposed work will utilize a number of treatment options including full depth doweled type of High Early Strength (HES) repairs, partial depth spall repair and/or rapid setting concrete spall repair and any necessary crack sealing. Diamond grinding will also be performed. The installation of curbs, sidewalks, ADA compliant ramps, driveway aprons, replacement of pavement markings and traffic loops, and other incidental work is also included. Your bid shall be based upon a Notice to Proceed to be issued in the first quarter of 2026.
