2.1 The Vendor will furnish all supervision, administration, labor, tools, equipment, materials and all necessary supplies, incidentals, permits, organization. to complete the Scope of Work service described herein. 2.3 The Vendor shall be responsible for implementing and maintaining their own safety program during the work. The Vendor will be required to participate in the Facility’s safety orientation prior to any work activities at the COS WTEF. Awarded vendor must comply with On Site Safety Training requirements prior to performing any services onsite. All personnel that are to perform on-site services at the WTE Facility must watch 10-minute video that can be accessed via: https://vimeo.com/194591363/b5e0552df3 2.4 Vendor must abide by City of Spokane’s Contractor Safety and Environmental Requirements (Policy 4490-2016-38-4) provided in the document titled “Contractor Safety and Environmental Requirements in the Documents Tab. 2.5 The COS WTEF Lock Out/Tag out (LOTO) system shall be used during all work activities. A copy of WTEF LOTO Policy will be provided upon request. The Vendor shall use their own hard locks as part of these LOTO procedures.
