1. Duct and Vent Cleaning • As needed per Pricing Structure, including the specifications outlined in this solicitation • Inspection and cleaning of air ducts, vents, and air handling units • Removal of dust, debris, mold, and contaminants from ductwork 2. HVAC Equipment Cleaning • As needed per Pricing Structure, including the specifications outlined in this solicitation • Cleaning of coils, fans, blowers, and condensers • Removal of dirt, grease, and microbial growth from HVAC components • Application of EPA-approved antimicrobial treatment, if required. 3. Emergency & Scheduled Services • As needed per Pricing Structure, including the specifications outlined in this solicitation • Availability for emergency duct cleaning and HVAC maintenance • Coordinate with facility management of the district to minimize operational disruptions 4. Personnel & Equipment • Provide trained and certified technicians for all services • Maintain proper safety protocols, including confined space entry procedures when applicable
