It is the intent of Charlotte County to construct landscape and irrigation improvements of the medians and right of way on CR 771 (AKA Gasparilla Road). The work specified herein shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and operations necessary to complete the work as indicated in the plans and specifications enclosed herein. The construction shall include, but not be limited to, establishment and removal of Maintenance of Traffic measures, the provision of approved signs and markings, site preparation, the construction of landscape and irrigation improvements, and Right of Way restoration. The Contractor will be required to arrange for the relocation of existing utilities apparatus which may be in conflict with the construction.
