2.1.1. The selected Vendor must provide project management services, research, and an assessment of the current NH DHHS Data Portal for the Department and must: 2.1.1.1. Inform replacement options to the current NH DHHS Data Portal. 2.1.1.2. Recommend a new solution that fits within the Department’s established Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) platform. 2.1.1.3. Advise the Department of cloud-hosting solutions, and providing a comprehensive assessment of enhancements and improvements. 2.1.1.4. Ensure all Department-required business and information technology requirements are taken into consideration when recommending systems. 2.1.2. The selected Vendor must complete the following assessment activities independently from the Departments network access: 2.1.2.1. Conduct interviews with stakeholders, including but not limited to individuals within the Department and NH Department of Information Technology (DoIT) to understand the current DHHS Data Portal history, security and IT requirements, deployment, maintenance, and possible enhancement in a cloud-hosted environment. 2.1.2.2. Evaluate and document stakeholders current knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) of stakeholders, as well as document future KSAs needed to meet business needs. 2.1.2.3. Research available data portal technologies and cloud-hosting environments, including, at minimum, the following: 2.1.2.3.1. Amazon Web Services (AWS) 2.1.2.3.2. Microsoft Azure 2.1.2.3.3. Google Cloud Platform
