The project shall be for the complete reappraisal of all taxable Commercial real estate, and exempt real estate within the corporate limits of the Town of West Hartford, Connecticut, as of October 1, 2026, as described below. This revaluation is subsequent to the Town of West Hartford’s last revaluation as of October 1, 2021, pursuant to the requirements of Section 12-62 of Connecticut General Statutes. 1. All taxable commercial real estate, land, buildings, and improvements. 2. All exempt commercial real estate, land, buildings, and improvements. 3. All public utility land and buildings. All work to be carried out in this project and all forms, materials, and supplies utilized in this project shall conform to and be executed in accordance with the requirements of the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management and the Connecticut General Statutes pertaining hereto, and shall be subject to the direct supervision and approval of the Director of Assessment of the Town of West Hartford, Connecticut. The value to be determined shall be seventy percent of the full fair market value as defined in Section 12-63 of the Connecticut General Statutes and shall be based upon recognized methods of appraising.
