The purpose of this solicitation is to announce the intent of The School Board of Orange (OCPS) to enter into a sole source contract for the rental of facilities for the OCPS Career and Technical Education (CTE) Entrepreneurship Program’s “PitchFest”. The decision is based on the unique capabilities and qualifications of the vendor that make them the only venue capable of meeting the requirements OCPS requires space for approximately 300 students, teachers, volunteers, and guests. The event requires around 12 meeting rooms and sufficient space for workshops, presentations, and networking activities. Amenities include but are not limited to: lighting, use of projection screens, tables, chairs, audio equipment, parking, and security, and food.
