Full fiber circuit from 3201 S New Road, Waco, TX 76706, University High School to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) location. Circuit should be scalable from a minimum of 5Gbps to 10Gbps. Circuit should be very easily scaled / metered from the ISP in variable increments up to a maximum stated amount. A burst rate allowance should be provided and defined. Existing district routers/equipment will be used to connect to ISP’s on-prem equipment. Ethernet hand off will be 10 gigabit multimode fiber 10GBASE-SR with LC MM fiber connector (required) to district supplied equipment Expandable services and features are desired and defined. 24/7 monitoring for connectivity is required. Provide ability to District to manage reverse DNS lookup for assigned IP address blocks. ARIN Technical Point of Contact. Provide a minimum of (3) three Class C IP address blocks. Note: (4) four Class C IP address blocks (/22) may be needed for delegated reverse DNS lookup management to the District. District will provide: Up to (6) six rack units of rack space and/or up to 5’ x 5’ wall space in the district’s NOC. (2) Two UPS backed electrical circuits up to 20Amp/110V.
