The City of Garland wishes to contract with one company to provide fireworks display services for the city’s Red White and You celebration including but not limited to all personnel, equipment, product, choreography, and soundtrack production. The company must fulfill all the components below, and produce a fireworks display that is both visible from the Garland downtown square and of a high level of quality. Show Overview Location: The show must be fired as near the Downtown Square (520 W. State Street, Garland, TX 75040) as safely practical. The vendor must make recommendations as to where the show should be staged and fired. The exact location will be agreed upon between the recommended bidder and the city during the site visit. Visibility: The primary audience viewing location will be the Downtown Square. Show Date/Time: July 3, 2025 – 9:30pm Rain Date/Time: TBD Show Details Show Length: The show must be thirty minutes in length. Proposals must indicate the length of the main show as well as the length of the finale. Show Design: The show must have distinctive opening and closing segments as well as creative effects throughout. The show must run continuously with minimal black sky (dead time between shells) and include a high-quality finale. Music: The show must be choreographed to a pre-selected mix of contemporary and patriotic songs.
