8.1 Scope of Work: The successful provider shall provide, at minimum, the following service(s) to assist the City in selecting the ideal candidate: 8.1.1 Working with key individuals and the Screening Committee to translate the City’s needs into a detailed recruitment specification to support a nationwide search. This shall include, but not be limited to: 8.1.1.1 Develop a community recruitment brochure to aid in the active recruitment of the City Manager. Said brochure to be approved by the Screening Committee members prior to distribution. City Manager and candidate profile will be provided by the City of Edmond. 8.1.1.2 Conduct an aggressive and proactive recruitment campaign including, but not limited to, placement of ads in appropriate publications, on-line job services, etc. 8.1.1.3 Network to attract applicants who fit the job description, background, and qualifications who might otherwise not apply. 8.1.1.4 Receive applications/resumes. Applications received by the City will be forwarded to the search consultant. Initially, the City desires to review the resumes of all applicants.
