he CCPS is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Bidders to provide Building and Grounds Improvement services on an “as needed basis” from Time and Materials Task Order Contracts. These services will be utilized for renovations, additions, demolition, fire damage, portable classroom repairs, and/or to provide other modifications as required by CCPS. The contract(s) shall be time and materials task order contracts. The services are based upon anticipated future needs of the CCPS system and are pending allocation of funds. Awarded Vendor/Contractor shall furnish all labor, bonding, insurance, contractor’s license, subcontractors, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete the Work. Typically, the awarded Vendor/Contractor will provide all materials, however, CCPS reserves the right to provide materials, depending upon the needs of the school system. All work under this contract will be done on a time-and-material basis. The annual (1 year) total spend for task orders under this ITB shall not to exceed $300,000. A Performance and payment bonds may be required for any project that exceeds $100,000. Vendor/Contractor will be reimbursed the reasonable cost of the bonds.
