Rewriting and Modernizing the Ordinances: Analyze existing provisions, compare and recommend changes based on local jurisdictions such as Anne Arundel, Howard, Montgomery, and Prince George’s counties and develop an updated ordinance that addresses contemporary stormwater management challenges ensuring it reflects current best practices and complies with or exceeds local, State, and federal regulations and the County’s MS4 permit. B. Digitization for Charles County’s eCode System Integration: Prepare the revised ordinances for seamless integration into Charles County eCode system, enhancing accessibility and user-friendliness. C. Standardization of Forms and Calculations: Create standardized forms and spreadsheet calculations to streamline the application process and improve consistency in stormwater management practices and submissions. D. Review and Update Related Regulations: Assess and recommend updates to subdivision regulations, zoning requirements, and other ordinances, policies and guidance that reference stormwater management to ensure coherence and compliance across all related documents.
