Scope It is the intent of the RFP to describe the minimum requirements for TWO (2) TRUCK MOUNT ANTI-ICE BRINE TANKS capable of meeting Winnebago County Highway Department requirements for hauling, and anti-ice distribution to cover three lanes of roadway. This RFP establishes the vendor’s responsibilities to furnish all necessary appurtenances in complete conformance with the requirements stated herein. Any item not mentioned in the RFP which is required for satisfactory performance for this unit shall be provided by the successful vendor with no additional reimbursement even though it was not directly referred to in this RFP. Minimum Requirements: Brine pump: • Minimum 16 GPM, hydraulic motor, and 3 lane electric switching valves. Reservoir: • Minimum 3,500-gallon plastic tank with galvanized or stainless-steel frame and tank hold downs and three lane capability. Spray bar must be stainless steel with nozzles, will be supplied by vendor. Any additional items provided on the unit above those specified that would add to its longevity, performance and productivity shall be listed at the end of this proposal. All force controls, hydraulic lines, hydraulic valves, hydraulic tank, and electrical wiring will be furnished by Winnebago County.
