In General, the work consists of roof replacement on Ainsworth Hall and Marden Center. At Ainsworth Hall Remove and dispose of existing ballasted EPDM membrane and select insulation systems down to the structural deck. Provide 60-mil ballasted EPDM membrane and insulation systems as specified. Repair existing plumbing stacks, replace thru-wall flashings between Roof Areas 3 and 4, and provide sheet metal flashings as indicated. At Marden Center remove and dispose of existing Built-Up and adhered EPDM roof systems down to the structural deck. Provide fully adhered 60-mil EPDM and insulation systems as specified. Provide corrugated steel roof panels with exposed fasteners as indicated at vestibule canopy Roof Area. Provide sheet metal flashings and roof access ladders as indicated.
