Scope of Work The Secretary of State is the official recordkeeper for the State of New Hampshire. Within the agency, the Corporations Division is the program that maintains New Hampshire’s registry of business names and of business entities transacting business in the State. Our mission is to provide accessible, efficient, and transparent services that support the creation, growth, and compliance of New Hampshire businesses. A. Blockchain-Native DAO Registry: Develop a secure, blockchain-native platform for registering and maintaining records of DAOs in compliance with RSA 301-B.
