The City of Salina is looking to purchase One (1) Towable Stump Grinder/Cutter, model year 2025 or latest model available. GENERAL SPECIFIATIONS; Mandatory: A. Towable Stump Grinder/Cutter shall be a new [2025] or latest model. C. Engine shall be minimum of 74 horsepower; D. Fuel Type: Unleaded or Diesel with block heater; E. Fuel Tank minimum 25gal. capacity; F. Cutter Wheel System diameter minimum 28”; G. Cutter Wheel Depth minimum 25” below ground; H. Cutter Wheel Cut above ground minimum 31”; I. Cutter Swing minimum 80”; J. Single 7000lb axle; K. Telescoping Tongue minimum 60”; L. Instrumentation must include a key operated ignition system, hour meter, and temp gauge. M. Successful bidder must provide a full set of filters for the equipment, and a full set of cutter teeth. Preferred: Unit shall be manufacturers' standard color.
