The Offeror shall perform the following specific tasks for Prince George's PGCPS Public Schools (PGCPS): a) Vendor is responsible for providing insurance contracts, summary plan descriptions, plan booklets, benefit summaries, identification cards, changes in plan benefits, and any other material needed. b) Provide financial reports, utilization reports, monthly reports, and ad-hoc/custom reports on an account basis with annual planning/utilization meeting. c) Receive eligibility data from PGCPS’ designated benefits administration system of record through electronic means. The vendor is to maintain eligibility information for employees and their dependents, including any periodic updates necessary to offer this benefit. d) Provide courteous and prompt responses to telephone or written inquiries from all plan participants, providers and the staff.
