1) Assist with Loss Runs and reserve setting for a 5 year look back of current claims in order to review, reconfigure and organize. Also, to set updated reserve amounts for any claims still open. The majority of which are bodily injury liability claims being handled by a combination of inside and outside counsel. Total claims are approximately 250. 2) For all Bodily Injury claims going forward: Provide third party claims management services in respect to creating electronic claims files, setting initial liability and expense reserves. Create and actively maintain Loss Runs in an electronic format to be merged with updated 5 year look back. These files will need to be reviewed on a quarterly basis based on on-going case details. This firm will work directly with the Liability Claims Specialist and Attorneys in the Town Attorney’s Office to keep records concise, accurate and up to date for submission to insurance carriers.
