The selected vendor will provide mass communication tools that meet the following requirements: 1. Multi-Channel Communication: o Ability to send text messages to individual phone numbers, user-created groups, pre-set groups, and all users, not just those who have opted in. o Text messages with translation on sending and receiving, including attachments. o Ability to send and accept phone calls on users' personal cell phones. o Ability to send emails. 2. Reporting and Archiving: o District-wide usage reports and detailed reports of conversations between certain individuals. o Caller's phone number protection and phone call logs for future retrieval. o Archival of text message details for future retrieval. o Unlimited calls and text plan. 3. Data Integration: o Nightly import for common groups (e.g., gifted kids, virtual kids). o Import bus information for transportation-related messages. o Capability to add individuals outside listed groups (e.g., coaches, adjunct teachers). o Data synced nightly, preferably via OneRoster or Clever, or via nightly export files...
