The consultant will be required to review work products, including but not limited to: • Quality Control of deliverables, such as Design Approval Documents and PS&E Packages. • Quality Control of intermediate deliverables representing sub components, including Design Criteria, Non-Standard Feature Justifications, Traffic Studies, WZTC strategies and plans, cost estimates • Quality Assurance activities such as aiding in the development/updating of Regional Quality Control Plans, including but not limited to creating QC tools (e.g., checklists), and monitoring and reporting performance against regional metrics. • Prepare and submit project/deliverable specific QC documentation (scope and duration of review, comments, and resolutions) • Screen deliverables like those listed in the draft scope (e.g., DADs & PS&Es) for compliance with prior commitments (e.g., PS&E reflects Selected DAD alterative) and submission completeness/MO processing readiness. • QA activities such as aiding in the development/updating of manuals/guidance documents, including but not limited to creating QC/QA tools, and monitoring and reporting performance against MO metrics (e.g., Design’s Performance Measures and Indicators).
