The Consultant will perform the following tasks: 1. Project Planning and Coordination 1.1. Kick-Off Meeting: Conduct a virtual or in-person meeting with the client to confirm project objectives, define deliverables, and clarify the survey's geographic scope. 1.2. Data Collection Plan: Develop a plan specifying equipment, methodologies, schedules for data collection, and overall project timeline, ensuring alignment with industry standards for cellular signal assessment. 1.3. Stakeholder Communication: Establish a communication plan for regular updates and issue resolution during the project. The plan should include at least biweekly updates to Community Transit and meetings to review feedback of deliverables. These updates could be by email, virtual meetings, or in person meetings as requested either by the Consultant or Community Transit. 2. Survey Execution 2.1. Equipment Setup: Use calibrated and industry-approved signal testing devices to measure signal strength (e.g., RSRP, RSSI) and quality metrics (e.g., SINR, RSRQ) for both 4G and 5G networks. 2.2. Location-Specific Surveys: Conduct signal strength and quality measurements at discrete locations specified by Community Transit. Note these stations do not yet exist so measurements should be taken while driving down the identified roadway corridors per Exhibit A. Survey Maps, attached. Three Survey Locations: 1. Green Line Extension a. See enclosed map for station pairs and corridor alignment b. The final station location is TBD, but the survey should cover the area East of I-405 bounded by NE 195th St, 120th Ave NE, North Creek Pkwy S, and N Creek Pkwy...
